Suntell PIV 100NA
The PIV 100NA mounts in the attic, draws outdoor air through the home's existing soffit vents, filters it through a built-in MERV-8 filter and pushes it gently into the living space, so stale air leaves through the home's natural gaps. No roof penetration, no ductwork, standard 120 V outlet.

- Multi-family: predictable per-unit cost, compact footprint, quiet for shared walls
- Spec homes that list whole-home filtration as a feature
Applications named by the manufacturer.
Climate
Pepnice names hot and mixed climates (Texas, Florida, California, Arizona), the humid Southeast and the West as its primary markets. Supply ventilation is most applicable in hot or mixed climates; in cold climates it can push moist indoor air into cold wall and attic surfaces, so get local HVAC advice before specifying it there.
Sizing
Compare the PIV 100NA's 95 CFM with the IRC M1505.4.3 whole-house rate for the home. The size helper does the arithmetic; your plan reviewer decides which code edition and rate apply.
